We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product safety for all customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and protective materials intact.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return approval. Certain items, such as personal care, skincare, or hygiene-related products, cannot be returned if opened or used due to health and safety reasons.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
